2017
On the 12th of May 2017, the Untamed Beasts (UB) were first formed as a social online gaming group. Initially created by South African gamer BlackInkedDragon, the Beasts were eager to compete in local tournaments to compliment their frequent gaming sessions. Not long went by and UB was boasting a team of 10 members , swiftly becoming known as a unit on the virtual battlegrounds of Battlefield 1. With the red Dragon eye logo, the Beasts were forged in all things fire and metal.

Our first competitive events entered were hosted by South African NGO, BF Clan WarsZA. This was the most populated E-Sports League and teams of all skill levels entered the various divisions. The Beasts felt right at ease with the format as all members were social gamers who wanted to compete from time to time.

UB participated in multiple events during 2017. The matches were never easy, always bringing fierce fights. The team managed an event placement of 6th overall in the BF1 T8 Domination Tournament.
Towards the end of 2017, after some hard contests, UB had an exodus of players, leaving the team with a total of 4 members. On the brink of disbandment, the leadership role was then handed to Jinx2W, who made the decision to rebuild the team and served as clan general for more than 4 years. He is currently still a UB member.

2018
It was a year of massive squad warfare, new friendships and the Battlefield1 experience in its prime. For many it was seen as the golden year for social online gaming in UB. Battlefield 1's overall gameplay and squad system was fun and the Beasts were eager to experience all the Virtual battleground had to offer.

UB embarks on a recruitment drive early 2018 and gain a few members, including KronikHaze86 (current Platoon Co-general). The team is back up to 12 members and UB gears up yet again to compete in the local Clan Wars tournaments.
UB entered 4 competitive events during 2018, with the highest event placement being 4th place overall in T5 Domination.

2020
The year that UB achieves their top accolade. It was a year full of practice and competing, with the worldwide COVID2019 lockdown providing ampoule time for gaming. This would pay off eventually, with UB being crowned as champions in Division1, Clan WarsZA MW CDL 2020 . The UB Renegades (UBR) team would also go on to win the Division 4 title in the same competition.

18 NOVEMBER 2020 - FINAL SEASON
AFTER ALL THE BATTLES THROUGHOUT THE YEAR, UB IS CROWNED WINNERS AFTER THE FINAL SEASON OF CLAN WARS ZA DIVISION 1. THE FINAL MATCH WAS WON 2-1, WITH UB STAGING A MASSIVE COMEBACK ON THE SHOOTHOUSE MAP AFTER LOSING THE FIRST ROUND. IT WAS ONE OF UB'S GREAT STORIES OF TEAMWORK AND GRIT, WITH THE ALPHA SQUAD ACHIEVING TOP HONOURS BY BEING CROWNED THE SOUTH AFRICAN CLAN WARS CHAMPIONS IN THE PREMIER DIVISION.

The Untamed Beasts have come a long way since their inception and the UB Platoon wil reach its 7th anniversary mark during 2024. The Untamed Blood Beasts (UBB) and Brotherhood of Beasts (BoB) enter HoE Clan League. in Masters and Amateur leagues respectively.

UB gear up for Beast League 2024 : Season 3. The beasts battle it out in a round robin format CDL rules custom tournament, featuring 5 of UB's teams. The Untamed have one directive, Destroy.All.Soy.

UB start off the year engaging vigorously in Black OPs 6 Multiplayer and Ranked Play, Path of Exile 2, The Finals and Battlefield 2042.

Our teams battle it out in Division 3, with UBB coming out on top as Champions, finishing undefeated for the season. UBR finish in second place and TFB pulled through to the end with a 6th place finish.
